1. Eligibility/Entries: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal United States resident (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and Rhode Island). You may not participate if you are an employee of CompImaging or their immediate family
2. Winners will be selected each calendar month from eligible entrants
3. To enter simply go to www.CompImaging.com and register as a new user. You only need to register once to be eligible for each months drawing.
4. You will receive one entry for registering.
5. If you register and place an order you will receive 5 entries for each order.
6. Prize can only be won once every six months by the same entrant.
7. CI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.
8. By entering participants agree to release and hold harmless CompImaging, its directors, employees and officers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
